CTS staff members will greet your group with signs identifying their organization in the baggage claim area of Cyril E. King Airport in St. Thomas. Once guests have identified their luggage, the luggage will be collected by Red Caps and loaded, and then the guests will travel directly to the hotel in air-conditioned vans. Arrivals of 50 passengers or more we prefer to transfer luggage in a separate vehicle, otherwise passengers will travel with their luggage. For departures, a CTS staff member will assist the guest in the lobby of hotel with their luggage and departure times, and say farewell. There is a four-passenger minimum per vehicle. Price is roundtrip and includes porter charges for bags, staff, taxes and gratuity.
LIMOUSINE/SEDAN SERVICES
There are ten six passenger Cadillac and Lincoln Continental limousines available. The three or four passenger sedans include Lincoln Towncars, Chrysler 300's and SUV's. The price is per hour with a two-hour minimum.
LUGGAGE VEHICLE
The luggage vehicles will be used only when necessary and based on the arrival flight manifest of 50 passengers or more. Vehicles are staffed with two to three people to insure the quick and efficient delivery of the luggage to the property. There is a two-hour minimum charge and per bag fee.
BEVERAGES ON ARRIVAL
Coolers will be available in the luggage area of the airport for the guest. You may choose the type of beverages the client would prefer. Chilled Towels

CTS staff members will greet your group. Once guests have identified their luggage, they will travel directly to Red Hook National Park Dock. They can enjoy sightseeing in route to the dock. Ferry dispatches will be based on the flight manifest and actual arrival times to best accommodate the participants. The transfer time is 20 to 30 minutes to Red Hook and a 20-minute ferry ride to the Westin Resort, St. John. The baggage will be pre-tagged at the airport with the guests room number for efficient room delivery. The luggage will travel with the group except with arrivals of over 50 participants.
For the departures, CTS staff will assist with luggage and say farewell. The transfer description for the arrival will apply the same for departures except the luggage will travel with the participants. Price is roundtrip, per person and includes tax, gratuity, porter service and meet & greet services. There is a six-passenger minimum. Transfers may be arranged to and from the Charlotte Amalie Waterfront.
