PIRATE'S COVE
It's a new twist on an old theme. We take you to the pirates' cove where your guests are the pirate kings. No tattered cloth and blackened teeth here! Tables are draped in rich velvet and brocade linens. The centerpieces are an assortment of treasure urns with treasures, chalices, and lanterns.
The buffet is draped with colorful fabrics and a multitude of pirate paraphernalia to include treasure chests, lanterns, swords, jewels, urns etc. Burlap bars with pirate flags, skull & crossbones banner flags line the perimeter of the event and take your guests back to the times where piracy was king. The banquet staff is dressed with pirate costume elements.

CARNIVAL
Large feathered Carnival masks set the mood and color palette for this Light hearted, yet chic evening.
Masks are created with multiple colored feathers, each different. They rise on poles, covered in marabou, from brightly colored bases. The bases are 4' high and the top of the feather reach to 10'. A Smaller base is provided for buffet stations still utilizing the same size mask and is placed on a similar barrel giving the buffets additional style.
The tables are draped in bright neon color cloths, lime, orange, yellow and hot pink then topped with soft palms reaching 4' above the tables. The palms rise on single thin pedestals with feathers used for the fronds. 400 feet of string lights add a touch of local flavor above the festivities.
The over all effect of this event is high style design set in Caribbean colors and folklore, a perfect presentation for your guests.

BENEATH THE SEA
The Ballroom will be transformed into an elegant world beneath the sea just in time to celebrate your evening!
Two tall (16') pods stretch tubes provide an illusion of huge coral stems adding motion and dimension to the stage. Soft chiffon swaging is hung from the ceiling creating yet another illusion, this of elegant seaweed.
Rounds of ten are clothed in floor length linens and surrounded by chairs covered in spandex with matching bands. In the center of each table sits a tall Lucite stand. Mindful of guests' sight lines perched atop each sits a fantasy design using shells, starfish, fan coral, branches and 3 dimensional fish. At the bases, sand is added to complete the look of an underwater terrain with Small fish and coral providing the finishing touch.
This look is designed for an upscale gala night, a true touch of elegance.
CEILING TREATMENT

STAGE
- 40' Blue drape
- 2 Pods of sea coral stretch columns; One pod with 2 white & 1 turquoise
- One pod with 2 turquoise & 1 white each with kelp accents.

CENTERPIECES
- 20 Tall Lucite centerpieces, perched Atop each sits a fantasy design using shells, Starfish, fan coral, sea branches and 3 dimensional fish.

CHANGES IN LATITUDE
It's Time to let your hair down and kick off your shoes. It's time to celebrate the change in latitude and have a change in attitude- the tropical warm breeze; Swaying palm trees and a star-studded sky are the basic ingredients for your guests to experience what it really means to live in the islands.
A 6' parrot head marks the entrance to this festive evening. Tables are covered in parrot print linens topped with Margarita centerpieces. Grab a friend and dance the night away, Multi colored string lights enhance the lighthearted mood. A variety of tropical birds will mesmerize you with their beauty and personalities - Hold one, take a picture - As a reminder of an exceptional night to be treasured for years to come!
