A licensed Gemologist will explain to the group the interesting and distinguishing characteristics of fine gemstones. There will be plenty of time for questions and answers. Afterwards, the group can depart for the St. Thomas Island Tour. Upon finishing the tour the group will have an opportunity to exercise their new knowledge while shopping. St. John Island Tour
Fabulous panoramas can be found on this tour as it departs from the hotel and goes up along Centerline Drive. Several stops are made along the way so driver guides can point out things of interest and give a bit of historical perspective. An incredible view of the entire chain of the British Virgin Islands can be seen at a stop made at Bordeaux Mountain. A visit to Annaberg, the restored ruins of a 17th century sugar Plantation is made before circling to the northwest side of the island for photo stops and more incredible scenery. 3 hours-4 person minimum

Caribbean Art Tour
This tour gives a close look at two or three renowned Caribbean artists in their studios, which often times are located in their home. The artists will show their work and discuss what motivates the color and subject choices in the islands. The participants will also have the opportunity to enjoy portions of the island tour and scenic overlooks. 2-3 hours-10 person minimum

Deep Sea Fishing
The waters surrounding the Virgin Islands are filled with a variety of sporting fish including the Dorado (Mahi Mahi), Yellow Tail Tuna, Snapper, and Wahoo. The fishing here provides adventure and challenge, as well as the frequent reward of a delicious catch! Our 40-50 foot custom trawlers offer soft drinks and beers on board. The price is per boat for up to six passengers for half a day. The vessel will greet guests at the Hotel dock. Rates for full day and Marlin fishing available upon request.

Private Boat
The boats are all twenty one-foot deep V hull powerboats. They are powered by 150 horsepower outboard engines and will provide a smooth ride in most sea conditions. The boats all have fixed awnings, cushions, VHF radios and a fixed cooler ready for ice and refreshments. The group can be responsible to captain and navigate their own boats or a licensed captain can be supplied for a fee per day and price does not include gas or oil. 4-8 hours-6 person maximum per boat

Snuba Adventure
For those people who have ever wondered what it would be like to scuba dive but were hesitant to try it out, this new method known as Snuba provides the perfect alternative. Air hoses are attached to a raft which allows you to stay underwater for 45 minutes without having to surface for air. This adventure is available from Trunk Bay where there is excellent snorkeling. Transfers are an additional fee per person and there is a minimal park fee. 2 hours-4 person minimum

Johnny Quest-British Bonanza
The vessel is a 44-foot scarab-style powerboat licensed for 18 passenger, however, they never take more than 14 passengers on a cruise. The guests will visit four different British Islands starting with swimming and snorkeling at the Baths followed by lunch at Marina Cay. After lunch, there will be a stop at Guana Island and then Jost Van Dyke. The price includes continental breakfast, open bar, shrimp cocktail, snorkel equipment, staff and taxes. Proof of citizenship required by all passengers (passport or voters registration, birth certificate w/raised seal and photo identification). Non US passengers must clear customs returning to the USVI. Price does not include lunch. 8.5 hours-10 person minimum

Cruise the British
Virgin Islands
This fabulous cruise departs the island via a very comfortable motor vessel bound for the Baths on Virgin Gorda. These enchanting mysterious rock groupings form pools and caves that are great to snorkel and explore. A deli style lunch is served on the boat while anchored at Norman Island, another lovely British Virgin Island near by. After lunch there will be time to stop at another famous dive spot called the Bight where numerous caves attract abundant and curious schools of fish. Rafting Adventures
Exciting power rafting excursion that travels to every cove and bay along the north shore of St. John National Park. Parasailing
Captain and a crewmember will welcome the guests aboard a state of the art Parasail System and on to their Parasail Adventure. They will be able to experience the thrill of Powerboating, Hot Air Ballooning, Hanggliding and Parachuting all in one at fractions of the cost. The boat can accommodate only 6 guests at a time and riders are welcome. 10 minutes per person/6 maximum per hour

Introduction to Scuba Diving
While in St. Thomas, why not discover scuba diving? The introductory scuba course allows those who have never tried it, to safely experience the thrill of scuba diving. Participants of the introductory scuba diving course learn about diving in three simple steps. First, a brief orientation will be given by a certified scuba instructor, followed by your first underwater experience in a pool-like body of water. Finally, under the careful supervision of your certified instructor, you will go on an actual scuba dive in shallow, calm water and escape to a unique part of our world with vivid colors and fascinating aquatic creatures. All the equipment you will need is included for this two-tank dive. 4 hours/0 person minimum/10 maximum per dive

Hiking Trails
St. John is 75% National Park. The park occupies 12,900 acres including acres of offshore water and reefs. There are a variety of hiking trails leading to different beaches and ruins. The trails vary in difficulty and distance. For participants interested in hiking there will be National Park Service maps available at the hospitality desk. The Park Service offers a guided hike on The Reef Bay Trail. This is a fairly long a steep hike but is rewarding with it's beauty and the petroglyphs. When reaching the bottom of the trail a boat will return you to Cruz Bay. 2 hours 4 person minimum/20 maximum

Our staff are local people with excellent knowledge and contacts and are dedicated to the success of each program. Staff will assist with program logistics, facilitate any guest needs, and act as liaison with the hotel and outside suppliers contracted for the program. They are well prepared to provide valuable insights on tours, dining and general information. Their hands on service and special attention will ensure a superior level of support. Photographer
Our team of professional photographers will be on hand throughout the program to photograph your event or meeting. We offer 35mm or Digital photography with 4x6 print sizes. Staff time begins and ends in St. Thomas.
Also available: Lighting, Late Night Processing (3hrs), Enlargements 5x7 - Folder, and Videographer.
This cost is for approximately 2 to 20 hours of filming followed by the editing and production process for a 5-7 minute film to be presented on the final night. We can also include CD's, DVD's, virtual video or websites of your events.

Cellular Phones
We can rent up to a dozen cellular phones for your staff and clients. We will deliver to the hotel the phones with charger and an additional battery.
