The prices listed on this page are in addition to the other transfer rates and services CTS offers in U.S. Virgin Islands. Different types of transfers may be used for special events or to compliment any activity. Costs are explained in detail. Please call if you need any additional information.

Express Luggage
All group members are required to identify their luggage before leaving the airport for the hotel. Please provide each person with easily identifiable tags for their luggage. The times and prices below are for the luggage vehicle that will assist with groups over 24 passengers.

Water & Ferry Transfers
Groups involving more than 24 people traveling to St. John, or those interested in a water transfer to a St. Thomas hotel, will need to charter public ferries. Prices quoted are minimum rate for an hour and include captain and crew. Luggage is an additional $2.00 per piece. Fifty percent (50%) of the hourly rate is charged for the ferries transportation time from its home port to the designated pick-up location.

Aerial Transfers
Aerial transfers can also be arranged for an exclusive arrival at the hotel or for special events. For most hotels special permission is required. These transfers can only operate during daylight hours. Please inquire for specific flight times and costs.

Limousine
Limousines are available per hour + 20% gratuity with a two hour minimum.

Dine-arounds
For companies hosting groups, we will oversee the entire program from reservations to accounting with the restaurants and co-ordinating transfers. Our charge for this is 15% of the cost of the food and beverage. When we only handle the reservations and transportation arrangements for independent dinners, we charge a per person fee. The prices for dine-around transfers for each 12 or 14 passenger air-conditioned van is a minimum roundtrip from 5:30pm to 11:00pm. After 11:00pm drivers charge per hour.

Hospitality Desk & Staff
Any one of our staff will be happy to assist your group at the hospitality desk. They are all thoroughly briefed on local information and can provide valuable insights. Extra staff is often utilized for special events and transfers. All staff members are billed per hour. (2 hour min.)
