The dress code in America's Paradise is casual. Shorts and light shirts are the norm. Our heritage prohibites swimwear and bare chests in town or public areas. Jackets and ties are rarely required even at the more formal restaurants. The dress code is considered casually elegant.

Everyone visiting to the U.S. Virgin Islands should have a passport. U.S. Immigration will accept either a birth certificate witha raised seal or voter registration card either with a photo identification. One of the best ways to enjoy the Virgin Islands is to island hop through the British Virgin Islands and proof of citizenship is necessary.

The vestiges of our European background is our custom of driving on the left side of the road. Dont be alarmed when first leaving the airport and please remember to keep left when driving your own vehicle.

We require a ninety percent (90%) deposit of the estimated cost of your contracted program ninety days prior to arrival of the group. The balance will be due upon receipt of our final billing. Final invoices are sent no later than fourteen (14) days after departure. If a specific function requires a non-refundable deposit we request a payment equal to the amount of the non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

If a special event or tour has to be cancelled, we require 96 hours notice. Some functions and suppliers require a non-refundable deposit to reserve a specific date. Deposit requirements for such functions will accompany our final priced proposal.

A final guaranteed number of participants is required 72 hours prior to any specific event, tour or transfer. We will try our very best to adjust arrangements for any last minute changes. If this is not possible, you will be billed for the guaranteed number given in advance.

Our proposals often have minimum participation numbers that are required in order for the tour to operate. If less than the published minimum depart on any tour, we must bill you for this minimum.

The prices quoted for the tours and sightseeing excursions herein are per person and do not include the transfer costs if required. The prices are net to any buyer or purchaser of the products. All prices are subject to change.
