Our services are available for groups visiting any one of the Virgin Islands - St. Thomas, St. John and St. Croix. Our principal office is located on the island of St. Thomas where we maintain a seven-day-a-week, fully staffed and equipped operation. When groups are on island, we are on call twenty-four hours a day. You will find the uniformed staff at CTS to be meticulous, friendly and very cooperative. Our company philosophy is dedicated to providing extremely personalized service to you as well as your clients. The principal of the company, Phillip Shannon, has many years of travel and service industry experience. CTS also operate a concierge desk for one of the major hotels. Phillip Shannon also owns a local travel agency (All Travel) and has been providing quality excursions in the islands for the past ten years.
