Our principal office is located on the island of St. Thomas where we maintain four hours a day. You will find the uniformed staff at CTS to be meticulous, friendly and very cooperative. The principal of the company, Phillip Shannon, has many years of travel and service industry experience. CTS also operates a concierge desk for one of the major hotels. Phillip Shannon also owns a local travel agency (All Travel) and has been providing quality excursions in the islands for the past ten years.
